Yoga in the Square, Sundays, 8 - 8:30am; FREE. No registration required.
*No Yoga in Rain or Temperatures below 60 degrees.
All abilities are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Please bring a mat, towel and water. If you need a mat, have any questions or require special needs that require accommodations or yoga modifications, please text me at 571-261-6780 at least 24 hours in advance of class.
